Korean Dinner

Mission Park Dining hosted a special Korean meal to celebrate the First Full Moon of the Lunar Year on Tuesday, Feb. 19th from 5-8pm.

The menu included Dak-Galbi (spicy stir-fry chicken), beef bulgogi (stir-fry beef with onions), dobu-jorim (braised tofu), Japchae (glass noodle stir fry), Hobak Buchim (zucchini pancakes), Gyeran Bokkeumbap (egg fried rice), Japgokbap (multigrain rice), Kimchi, Ddeok Mandu Guk (dumpling soup) and Sangchu Moochim (salad). Danpatjuk (sweet bean dessert), Yakgwa (cookie), and Shikhe (traditional rice beverage).
